Align Your Goals With Your Values

Flyer - Overcome Self-Sabotage

FEEL GOOD !   Day Retreat

In Body, Mind and Spirit.   Clarify your Intentions.   All in one Blissful day!

We live in a complex and rapidly changing world, with countless demands on our time and energy.

This retreat combines powerful group life coachingheart-centered yoga and relaxing meditation –  all in the beautiful setting of the historic Old Mission San Luis Rey, in Oceanside.  You will gain access to these simple tools- both ancient and modern- that you can use in your daily life to :

  • Gain crystal clarity on what thoughts might be holding you back from living, expressing, being your authentic Self– and learn how to overcome them.
  • Align your body with your spirit’s highest intentions– feeding the roots of your ideas, and planting the seeds of your imagination.
  • Just plain Feel Good !

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.  Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking.  Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice.  And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.”  (Steve Jobs)
